Your special day, surrounded by your family and friends, the moment you have looked forward to unfolds chapter by chapter. Here at Platinum Photography we pride ourselves on telling a special story – the story of your wedding day.

Capturing those special moments, the smiles, tears, laughter and emotions of the day as the day unfolds, we aim to put together a story that will bring you happy memories for years to come.

Whilst we appreciate the need for formal photographs on the day, we adopt a non obtrusive approach to capturing your memories, and when collated, we are sure you will agree that they provide a unique collection for you to enjoy for years to come – only the very finest shots will make your personal Platinum Collection.

We will photograph your wedding in a style that suits your taste and your plans for the day. Most clients prefer a low key candid photojournalist style. We will record the story of your wedding with the minimum of intervention, direction or posing. Its a marvellous way of capturing the real emotion of the day. We do recommend that you set aside about 30-40 minutes to complete some formal shots of the bride and groom, and family and friends but we aim to discuss the details at the pre-wedding meeting.

At Platinum Photography we aim to take the fuss out of wedding photography on your behalf by clearing up all the details of the day and requirements before the big day. We provide you with a professional, hassle free service throughout, to ensure that you are left to enjoy your big day. We will attend for a pre-wedding meeting to discuss your requirements and attend the wedding venue in advance to ensure we are fully prepared for the day ahead.

With Platinum Photography, we promise to exceed your expectations. We cater for all weddings from all cultures and backgrounds. Our typical approach to weddings is to cover:

• The Bride & Bridesmaids preparing themselves prior to their departure
• The arrival of the Groom's party and guests
• The arrival of the Bride & Bridesmaids
• Photographs in the wedding venue and the signing of the register (where permitted)
• The Bride & Groom arriving at the reception
• Bride & Groom with guests
• Traditional style group photographs
• Photographs of the reception and cutting of the cake
• The reception, including the first dance
• The departure of the Bride and Groom

Using the latest digital technology and software, we will individually edit, inspect and provide you with wedding proofs for you to choose your very own Platinum Collection. Once your Platinum Collection is selected, we will arrange printing of the photos in high quality colour, black & white or sepia (optional). These consist of a variety of sizes including 6x4, 7x5, 8x6 and 9x6 inch photos.

Rest assured that the Platinum Service does not finish with the end of the reception. Using only the finest leather bound albums, we aim to present you with the final product as soon as possible after your big day, to allow you and your loved ones to enjoy your very own Platinum Collection. All work is rigorously inspected before being cleared for dispatch.  As we take great personal pride in our work, the Platinum Photographer who attended your event will personally hand deliver your Platinum Collection.  In addition we can provide you with a DVD to cover a greater range of photos which will allow you to enjoy your memories for years to come.
