Platinum Wedding Photography Packages
Introduction
Here at Platinum Photography, we aim to deliver an unrivalled photography service to our clients, from the moment you get in contact with us through to the day you take delivery of your albums.
Our commitment to you
Our photographers will arrange to personally meet both the bride and groom as early as possible to ensure that every requirement that you have is discussed. It is important to us that on the wedding day you are as relaxed as possible and we will strive to take responsibility as much as we can to ensure the photography is seamless and meets your requirements.
Our commitment to bringing the personal touch will not end at our initial meeting. Your chosen photographer will be in touch nearer to the wedding day when the plans are finalised to ensure we are fully briefed on the days events as they unfold and to check critical timings and any changes to the initial instructions. The same photographer will also attend the venue some weeks prior to the wedding to ensure that no time is wasted on the day in finding that all important ideal shooting location. After the wedding every photograph will be reviewed to ensure that all proofs sent to you meet our high standards and then you are free to choose the photographs you wish for the final album. The Platinum experience will finish with personal delivery of your wedding albums and we hope you enjoy them as much as we will have enjoyed putting them together.
Here at Platinum Photography, we do not consider wedding photography a business, but a privilege and as a commitment to that, all our packages come with a complimentary set of photographs (8” x 6”) in presentation folders (minimum of 5) for you to enjoy whilst we prepare your final wedding album.
Our style
We recognise that many great memories are captured in the moment. We do not adhere to an intrusive approach to photographing and whilst formal photographs are taken on request, our photographers adopt a reportage style of photographing leaving you free to enjoy the day with your guests.
We have set out below what choice of packages we offer. We have a selection of albums we offer and all can be upgraded to include more photographs. If any of our packages don't suit your individual requirements, don't hesitate to ask and we can tailor everything to make it perfect for your special day. We also offer a “coverage only” option where a DVD of the digital photographs of the day will be delivered to the couple for them to choose and mount their own photographs in their own time.
Rest assured, that whatever you choose to do, your wedding day is in safe hands.
Platinum Package Option 1
Complete coverage of your wedding day should you require it including:
- Arrival of the Groom and Best man
- Arrival of Bride
- Ceremony
- Formal photos with families and friends
- Reception – wedding cake
All post processing of photographs including cropping, conversion to black and white, sepia and other enhancements where suitable.
Complimentary set of 5 photographs (8” x 6”) in presentation folders.
Ordering of Photos for yourself and wedding guests at very reasonable rates.
Clients will be given 160 proofs (minimum) from which to choose 40 photos (8” x 6”) which will be mounted in a traditional wedding album (included within package).

Platinum Package Option 2
As per Option 1 but with the following additions:
Coverage will also include:
- Reception – first dance
- Speeches
Complimentary set of 10 photographs (8” x 6”) in presentation folders.
DVD slide show of all the photographs we take during the day set to music (of your choosing).
30 thank you cards (postcard format) with a photograph of your choice on them to send out to your wedding guests after the wedding.
Clients will be given 300 proofs (minimum) from which to choose 70 photos (8” x 6”) for the final traditional wedding album (included within package). This option allows greater flexibility for the photos for the final album. The focus of these additional photos is more formal photos of the bride and groom in the grounds of the wedding venue/reception venue.

Platinum Package Option 3
As per Option 1 & 2 but with the addition of:
Coverage will also include:
- Pre wedding shoot
- Bride’s preparations at her home
- Reception mount
Complimentary set of 10 photographs (8” x 6”) in presentation folders
Clients will be given 500 proofs (minimum) from which to choose 100 photos for the final digital storybook wedding album (included within package). This option allows greater flexibility for the photos for the final album. The focus of these additional photos is more detailed coverage of the wedding day.
CD/DVD of all images we shoot at your wedding with rights for you to make your own prints anywhere you wish.
A presentation box of 6 x 4 prints of all the photos from your wedding day for you to keep (minimum 200 photos).
